2. Orders and Formation of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not itself constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the checkout process and clicking the final order button, you submit a binding order for the products in your cart.

A contract is concluded when HULFE accepts the order, for example through an express order acceptance or by dispatching the goods.

You will receive electronic confirmation after placing your order.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region.

Where required, displayed prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are shown before completion of the order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Product Information

HULFE produces garments, accessories, textile objects and other pieces using both new and previously existing materials.

Some HULFE pieces are made wholly or partly from previously used garments or other pre-existing textiles that are selected, altered and repurposed as source material. The resulting product may differ substantially in form and function from the original garment or textile.

Other HULFE pieces are made from new materials.

Where previously used materials are incorporated, traces of prior use, age, repair, alteration, fading, staining or other variations may remain. Relevant characteristics are described on the individual product page where applicable.

Minor variations in colour, construction, texture or finish can also occur as a result of individual or small-scale production.

These characteristics do not affect your statutory rights in relation to defects that were not disclosed or otherwise validly agreed.

Where the exact fibre composition of reused textile material cannot be reliably determined, the product will be identified accordingly where required by applicable textile-labelling law.

Colours may appear differently depending on the screen or device used.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the destinations available at checkout.

Shipping charges and information regarding delivery are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown where applicable during checkout.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Information concerning the right of withdrawal, return procedure and applicable exceptions is provided in our Return and Refund Policy and through the withdrawal information available in our online store.

7. Statutory Rights for Defective Goods

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

This also applies to products made wholly or partly from previously used or repurposed materials. Characteristics that were specifically disclosed as part of the condition of an individual product must be distinguished from undisclosed defects.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of HULFE until the purchase price has been paid in full.

9. Applicable Law

German law applies.

If you are a consumer ordinarily resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

10. Consumer Dispute Resolution

HULFE is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
