RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal through the electronic withdrawal function provided in our online store. You may also inform us of your decision to withdraw by another clear statement, for example by email to info@hulfe.support.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your withdrawal.

Return Costs

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Some HULFE products are made wholly or partly from previously used garments or pre-existing textiles. Characteristics resulting from the disclosed prior use or repurposing of these materials do not by themselves constitute damage caused by the customer.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable legal exception exists. This may include goods that are made to the consumer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised, provided that the legal requirements for the exception are met.

The fact that an item is unique, handmade, repurposed, or incorporates previously used material does not by itself exclude the right of withdrawal.

Returns Outside the EU

For returns from outside the European Union, please contact us at info@hulfe.support before sending an item.

Any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country remain unaffected.
